FEES:The class fee is required at the time of registration and before you receive your supply list.
STUDENT MINIMUMS: Most classes need at least 3 students for it to be a “go.” Some teachers require 5 students. In the event that minimums are not met one week prior to the class date, the teacher will cancel the class. You will be notified and your money will be refunded. So hang onto your receipt.
BUYING SUPPLIES: We recommend you wait until 4 or 5 days before the class to purchase your supplies. Sometimes classes get canceled and we do not want you to buy supplies for a canceled class.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you are unable to attend a class, a credit toward another class will be issued providing you have notified us one week prior to the class. Please check your schedules carefully prior to registration as the class fees are nonrefundable.
BOOKS AND PATTERNS: Some classes require you to purchase a book or pattern because it is illegal to copy printed materials for a class. Please check the class descriptions to see if this applies to a class you wish to attend.
PERFUME: Many students have stated that they are allergic to perfumes and find it very hard to stay in class when perfumes are present. So – we are asking everyone to think before you spritz on the day of the class.
